Help for those in a health crisis…Carol, age 77, is struggling with her recent heart disease diagnosis. It’s difficult living with a life-limiting illness. The Transitions program is for people who are wondering, “Where do I turn? I’m not ready for hospice, but I need some help.”
Thanks to you, Carol will get the support she needs. Recently your generous response funded the Jesuit Volunteer assigned to the Transitions program through Memorial Home Care and Hospice. She will assist in serving 75 clients just like Carol, assisting clients with support such as transportation, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, while adapting to concerning health issues.
